We are renting out 1 of the bedrooms, leaving the other open for friends or family to visit, or as a study area. We are not partiers but like hanging with friends if not studying, going to class or working. There is a great deck on the back of the house just waiting for a BBQ. The fenced back yard is perfect for dogs, so no problem there. There is a big kitchen with a breakfast bar, a good-sized living room with a wet bar, a 2nd bath that would pretty much be for use of the roommate, a den and lots of closet space.
