If you don't know how to recycle, I will teach you! The house is surrounded by green space. There are no houses across the street, just grassy area and soccer fields. There's a backyard with a two-story shed that you can use within reason, if you'd like. The washer and dryer are both located in the house. If you have your own bicycle there is a space for it. This house was selected according to how bike friendly it is. It's a flat, 2-mile bike ride to downtown. 5-minute bike ride to E. 6th area. 4 miles from Zilker Park. It's 5 miles to the UT campus, and close to bus lines, if needed. 1 min away from the house. Austin Rock Gym. Wells Fargo - Bank of America - Walgreens. Lots of different places to eat too and shop too. 5 minutes from Mueller. I am a sales rep, and travel a lot. You will find that the house is unoccupied quite often. I sell cycling and sporting goods for a living. Manage/play on three soccer teams in my spare time. That keeps me pretty busy. If you're into bikes or soccer, you'll fit right in, but not a requirement! This house is more often a quiet space, but don't be afraid to have a good time. You must have a job, or be in school.
