Need to fill the second bedroom in a two bedroom two bathroom resort community in Newport Beach. Located on Jamboree and PCH, you will be minutes from the world famous Balboa Island, Corona Del Mar, and Peninsula beach. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Living room includes fireplace ( fully furnished ) and kitchen ( fully furnished ). We also have a huge balcony that overlooks the beautiful Peninsula bay and the Pacific Ocean. Community includes a gym, clubhouse, and 3 pools and three hot tubs. We are only a 5 minute drive to Fashion Island and all of its great dining and shopping venues.
Room will be available in mid-September.
Your roommate is a mid career professional in high tech. He enjoys working out, reading the Wall Street Journal, and checking out a good new dining spot. He does not drink alcohol and does not smoke. No 4/20 in this spot
