Apartment Features -2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom on the 3rd floor (quiet and private). -Laundry In-Unit (this is not offered in all apartments). Great feature. -Quiet location in the back of building (not overlooking the parking lot). Private. Overlooks greenery and the pool. Serene sitting out on the balcony. -Apartment was renovated just before I moved in, in 2016. Kept clean (I was never here - always working) and non-smoker. Laminate flooring throughout, except wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms. -The floorplan in the photos is an exact replica of the apartment. 900+ square feet. -9ft ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. -Storage closet outside on balcony. -Bathroom is HUGE. -Bedrooms are not attached so good privacy for guests or roommates. -Built ins in Master bedroom are awesome! -Lots of natural light. -Neighbors are great, quiet and respectful. -Nothing needs to be fixed and I'll be sad to leave.
