Shared kitchen and washroom with roommates from two other rooms (couple in one room and a single male in the other) Late 20's to early 30's. From the couple: one is a flight attendant, so is in and out of town a few days at a time. Roommates are friendly, clean, mindful, respectful. Looking for a professional who works during daylight hours, quiet and can keep the noise down after 10pm. Sound can travel easily in this old home. A cleaning schedule in place to take turns cleaning common areas on a rotating, biweekly basis. Balcony access is exclusive to yourself and said roommates. Utilities and basic internet are included. No pets, no smoking, no laundry, no parking on site. Unfurnished. But may be able to provide a desk and chair if needed (no bed). NOTE: Bed in the photo is QUEEN SIZED.
