Balcony with a great view overlooking the city. Apartment building has a gym, common room, salt water pool, hot tub, and sauna.  Building’s rules stipulate no pets; but I am open to sneaking a cat in.   Me: 27 yr old female working professional. I like painting, travelling, non-scary movies, and cooking. I continually buy and kill plants by accident. I am a social drinker, but I wouldn’t say I’m a big partier or anything like that. Non-smoker of cigarettes, regular smoker of cannabis. I do use my vape indoors, but anything else would be on the balcony.   You:  Looking for a chill, respectful, social, female roommate who is responsible about rent. Ideally a young professional or a grad student. Bonus points if you like playing foosball, and won’t judge me for the amount of naps I take or how much ice cream I can eat in one sitting.
