My friend and I have 1 bedroom available for rent in a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment! We are signing the lease for March 1st and ideally would like to find someone to join us on the lease before we sign for it so we are looking for a roomie ASAP. The unit is on the 29th floor and has a massive balcony with a great view of the city - the CN Tower is visible! The entire apartment is 1,010 sq ft. and the room for rent is 12'3 x 10'5; certainly big enough for a decent sized bed and a love seat! There is an image of the floor plan in this ad and a link to the Property Owner's webpage is here: We don't have pictures yet as we aren't moving in until March but it is a large, nice unit and the superintendant seems lovely. Laundry room onsite and new fitness centre in the basement! So how much is rent!? only $525.00/month! That INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, INCLUDING CENTRAL AIR AND HEAT ;) If you have a car the underground parking is an extra $85/month and internet will be extra as well when we get that set up but it shouldn't be too expensive. The area has lots of restaurants and a Goodlife nearby as well. Only a 5 minute walk to Islington station. For this price you're not going to get any better! PLEASE NOTE: This is a pet-friendly building so pets are welcome. :) I do have three very well-behaved and clean cats already but if you have a cat, a small dog, or anything in a cage/aquarium it shouldn't be a problem as they get along with other pets.
