The apartment is 971 ft square, with two large walk-in closets, carpet flooring except in the bathroom and kitchen, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. It's not far from the mailroom, fitness center, laundry room, and one of the pools on the property. The property is pet friendly. Rent is $1055 per month, and utilities (water & electricity) average about $60 a month, but you will pay $850, all things included. It is minimally furnished, but perfect for someone staying the summer for school or an internship.
