Looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom queen west apartment for September 1st, 2015. I am a 23 year old fourth year ryerson student interested in basketball, and music (r&b and hip hop). Apartment is very spacious with large bedrooms and a large living room, along with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Trinity Bellwoods park, queen street shopping, dundas and queen streetcar only minutes away. Apartment is fully furnished (bedroom furnishings are optional). $1000/ month, all utiliities included(heat, hydro, water, internet, tv), parking available, and on site laundry. Applicant must be relatively neat and willing to help with cleaning. Dishes must be done regularly as there is only one sink in the kitchen.
