I am currently living in this apartment and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I've lived here for two years, but I just want a change. It's a lease transfer.
It is on 1 Fountainhead rd., near York
university, at the corner of sentinel and finch. Closest subway is Downsview.
It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Has a kitchen,, living room, plenty of windows, with a nice view. It is on the 21st floor. I am going to be out of town for the next few days, but I will be available by email.
I would like to have it rented out for October, but September may be possible if I can find a new place
