We have one small room available 9/1 in a large, 4-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story apartment on Bergen St and Franklin Ave (surrounded by bike lanes!). Our apartment is located on the first floor of a 4-story apartment building. The room has high ceilings, closet and window. Price is $950/month (not including utilities, which is about $50/month). We have a concrete backyard that we share with our neighbors and a wonderful rooftop! We are located between A/C, 2/3/4/5, S-shuttle, buses, and the Nostrand LIRR. We’re currently three laid-back but very busy and career orientated 30 year olds. A is trying to make the world a better place through public policy, D is a bookkeeper, and T looks for dark matter. A has been here for over 3 years, T for 2 years and D for 1 month. We’ve just renewed our lease for one year and are looking for someone long-term. We are looking for someone whose raging party days are behind them, but can enjoy a glass of wine or beer on occasion. Drinking is not required. Needless to say, we are looking for someone neat, responsible, and considerate. One-time refundable deposit is $925 and the monthly rent is $950.
