No section 8, no animals, no washers or dryers, no dish washers, and no grills. Apt building is full of working families so there is a noise policy, no noise after 9pm because sound carries in building. Building manager lives on site. Must bring your own fridge and stove. Each room has small gas heaters with open flame that sits on the floor. There is a background check and credit check,1st and last month and security deposit due at lease signing. Must be able to pay $650 plus gas and electric (gas can get high in the winter) plus there is a $100 late fee if rent is not paid on time and a $40 late fee if rent still isn't paid by the 3rd week. Anyone over 18 that will be living or staying the night often has to sign the background and credit application and will be put on lease.
