The bedroom and the living room(the bigger room) is nicely separated by a wall so you can have your own privacy.
The living room is much bigger and have huge window so Manhattan skyline is right in front of your eyes from sunrise to sunset.
With walking it takes about 20 min to get to the city and the 7 train is also the only train that goes to flushing if you are into Asian foods.
You'll have to pay a security deposit of $2000 and 2 month rent to move in (just in case you run away or burn down the house when you are drunk).
The price is all included(all utilities) so it's basically we split rent and utilities in halves but I'm covering the broker fee.
