To make this pet friendly place yours to call home, you would need to put down a $60 application fee (to check your credit) and the first month's rent to hold it (which, of course, will then take care of your first month's rent after you move in!) If you are not approved, that money will be refunded to you. If you are approved, you will just need to pay a $300 move in fee when you sign the lease (no security deposit!) and it's all yours! :)
