I am looking for a roommate beginning December 1st. The apartment is in NoMA (in the Flats 130 building, The unit is 1,000 Sq. Ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. The available room has a large walk through closet and its own bathroom. The rent is $1,252, and utilities (including cable and internet) are about $117 per person per month. Most of the furniture in the common space is mine and the kitchen has all the basics (and then some). A little about myself. I am a 29-year-old gay male and an attorney with the federal government. I'm a pretty laid back person. Much more likely to have a few friends over to hang out than to throw a party. I think it's important for roommates to clean up after themselves in the common space and to keep it down on weeknights. Also, I have a medium sized dog named Stella. You can see her in the pictures. She's a sweetheart. Doesn't bark and likes to cuddle. This would be a great situation for someone who likes having a dog around but doesn't have time to take care of one. I have no gender preference when it comes to a roommate, but must be LGBT-friendly and comfortable with dogs. If you think you might be interested in the room, please shoot me an email.
