The apartment has also been soundproofed so it's super quiet.
There are two closed bedrooms although the second, is smaller (best for office or kid's room). The place is always full of light. There are also two balconies and a green alley at the back. If you like to garden, there are large boxes available to the residents in the alley.
FYI, the place is super close to Concordia (3 stations) and McGill (5 stations).
