Along Jackson Boulevard, a light glassy box turns the corner, covered with bright green mullions that wave across the façade, reminiscent of the original grasses of the Illinois prairie. The area’s manufacturing buildings embody the strength, boldness and texture of the neighborhood. Dramatic exposed concrete elements bring that same aesthetic sensibility , with refined material adjacent to the raw quality of concrete.
