Wind Tree is a beautiful community, full of trees with 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes. This unit does have washer and dryer connections. However, we also have two laundry facilities on site for your convenience. We are conveniently located, close to Westgate Mall, very close to the Medical District, I-40 and many shopping centers and Restaurants. Wind Tree has 2 swimming pools, a Fitness Center, Resident Center and a beautiful Clubhouse available for rental should you have plans for any type of get together or event.
Wind Tree has flexible leasing which is designed to fit YOUR needs. Our pricing changes daily and when you visit, we will do a quote which will lock your pricing in for 72 hours but it does not hold the home for you. You can choose anywhere from a 3 to 13 month lease. Normally, the longer the lease term you choose, the more affordable the rent. Be sure to call or visit us and we will be happy to do a quote for you.
We are pet friendly - however, breed restrictions do apply. All pets have to be under 40 pounds. A $100 non-refundable fee is required per pet (maximum of 2 pets allowed), along with a $200 deposit that is subject for return when you move out, and $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Our application fee is $50 per applicant with a $199 administration fee which will hold an apartment for you to insure that no one takes your new apartment home from you!
*We are currently running a $199 move in special through the end of March. The $199 fee takes care of your application fee, administrative fee, and your first month's rent. There will be no further deposits or fees with approved credit.*
