Summer lease available from May 12th-August 23rd (Move-In date negotiable). It is a private 1 bed 1 bath apartment at 1301 University Apartments with a great location right across the street from campus! All utilities are included, except electricity, and the apartment comes fully furnished.
At the moment we have a bed in the living room with a room divider but that can be taken out if needed. Beds are also bunk-able if you want a roommate!
