NECESSARY DOCUMENTS:

1. Completed application for all adults living in the unit. (Please print clearly)
2. Proof of your current residency - a gas bill, phone bill, or any utility bill/statement.
3. $25 application fee (money order or cashier's check only) per applicant for credit report and tenant screening. (This is non-refundable)
4. The past two (2) month's pay check stubs, or if 1099 income - last two (2) years income tax return and last four (4) months of bank statements.
5. Copy of each applicant’s drivers license or government produced identification which has a picture of the applicant on it.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA:
A. Favorable rental history — no evictions or negative reports from former residences.
B. Positive credit history — no recorded judgments, collection accounts, delinquent credit payments (exceeding 60 days), or a discharged bankruptcy during the past 3 years.
C. Gross monthly income to be 2.5x monthly rental rate. No Co-signers or Section 8 Vouchers accepted.
