Copy of each applicant’s drivers license or government produced identification which has a picture of the applicant on it. QUALIFYING CRITERIA: A. Favorable rental history — no evictions or negative reports from former residences. B. Positive credit history — no recorded judgments, collection accounts, delinquent credit payments (exceeding 60 days), or a discharged bankruptcy during the past 3 years. C.
