Ardor Web ID: 2000215 - Great bachelor(ette) apartment. Huge living space with great light (without the black blinds). This has a great upper east side party location and is still close to the 4,5,6 trains. Speaking of parties - this roof terrace patio is the place to have those weekend BBQ's. Shared with the guys from the next apartment, this could make for some great times and friendships. Call me to see this or any of Ardor's properties.
