This building is great too! gym pool concierge club rooms putting green grills less than a 5 minute walk to the courthouse metro stop near lots of bars, restaurants and shops!! 6 minute metro ride to DC! AND more! Your roommates (who have the sunroom and the other bedroom) are two very easy to get along with guys in their mid-20s. Super chill, both have full-time jobs, clean, have fun on the weekends and relax during the work week. Apartment is full furnished except for your bedroom (huge tv in living room!) - Roommate can be male of female. Ladies, living with 2 guys has been one of the best living experiences ever-- no drama, at all! Guys, well, you know how typical laid-back guys are. It's really a great place.
