The only downfalls are no dining room & one of the bedrooms doesn't have a closet, so not ideal for someone needing space for a table or a lot of closet space. Water is included, resident pays gas, electric & trash. Up to two small pets welcome, please ask for details on pet restrictions & fees. 12 month lease. We are flexible with credit as long as applicants have good rental/payment history, no evictions or balances owed to previous landlords; we look for 3 times the rent in your gross monthly income & we do a basic background check. We charge only a $25 application fee per adult. We can take $500 non-refundable holding fee to take it off the market so it's not leased to someone else.
