Leaving the US and hate to say goodbye to the apartment I've called home for the past 7 years. The apartment is spacious with great light, hardwood floors, and a bedroom that fits a king sized bed, dresser, and two nightstands. There are two closets in the apartment and a separate kitchen. The rent includes gas. The building is a full service building and there's a Jubilee supermarket right downstairs! The neighborhood is amazing, with Pier i cafe right across the street! The apartment has magnificent views of the hudson and is a short walk to the 1, 2, and 3 trains at the 72nd subway station. Parking is available in the building for a monthly fee as well as street parking and many parking garages in the neighborhood. Short walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, and Riverside Park.
