This property is owned and managed by Progress Residential and they have their own set of qualification criteria. Their requirements are the following:

•A decent credit score, somewhere from mid to high 500’s minimum
•Must make 3x the monthly rent
•Everyone that will occupy the home that is 18 and over will need to apply for the home and the application is $45 per person. At the time of the application, they also require a $500 deposit to hold the house for up to 2 weeks. The $500 deposit will be applied towards the full deposit of the home which is equal to one month’s rent. The full deposit will be due right before move in time. If for some reason, you are not approved, the $500 will be fully refundable. However, if you back out after being approved, they will keep the $500 deposit.
