Seeking a roommate for January 1st. The available room is a good size (currently fits a queen sized bed, desk and small dresser comfortably) with a decent sized closet. The apartment has a kitchen, living room, large bathroom with a washer (no dryer but there's an affordable laundromat across the street). There's a twin bed and dresser for the room if needed. Rent is $500/month plus a $250 security deposit. Includes heat, electric, internet and cable. I don't have a TV but if you have one that will work). Amazing location. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants everywhere. A block away from Main Street and the #3 bus. I also have two friendly female cats. Cat haters need not respond.
