My name is Brittny, and my roommate JC and I are looking for a roommate to move in with us March 1st. We are both in grad school and have full time jobs. We love to party, but are pretty low key during the week nights. We are looking for a clean, no drama, easy going roommate in their 20's. We keep a clean apartment and have a maid come once a month to mop the floors and clean the bathrooms. Our apartment is a true three bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. We moved in last year, after the apartment had a head to toe renovation. We fully furnished the apartment with a 70 inch TV and huge comfy couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking paraphernalia, and we have a bar adjacent to the living room with a stereo system. The apartment has a lot of natural light. Your room has eastern exposures, a LARGE closet, fits a queen sized bed, a dresser, and two side tables (that's what our current roommate has in the room).
WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE: We are looking for a new roommate because our two best friends, a couple who currently live in the room, are moving out to get their own place. We all have been best friends since grammar school, and their parting is unfortunate but timely for their relationship.
The apartment is located on Greenwich Ave and w10th Street. Every subway you can imagine in within a 5 minute walk. If you are not from NYC, the West Village is the best place to live in Manhattan. It is fun, young, and vibrant.
Ideally we would love to find a roommate to live with us for the year, but we are open to shorter term rentals of at least two months.
