There is 24 Hour Dundas Street Car (tram) service just steps from the apartment or you can take a 5 minute busride to Ossington Subway. But I recommend you get a bike as there's a bike rack in the backyard and it should really get you anywhere in the city once the snow has melted.
About that backyard, there's a BBQ which you are welcome to use as well as sitting areas which are amazing for the warmer months.
The upstairs of the house is tenanted with young international tenants ... all here to enjoy the city and the summer, just like you!
