Great apartment in a great location near Zilker Park.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease because I have to move out early on April 28th. This is NOT a Sublet! You will have your own lease. The manager at The Ridge at Barton Creek said that anyone can assume my low lease rate of $1,210 per month as long as they are approved.
My lease ends in December so there is plenty of time to enjoy the summer at Zilker Park and walk to Austin City Limits. There are no other roommates so the place will be all yours. Simply contact me, we'll go to the office and get you approved, you can move in after April 28th.
Since I would technically be doing a Lease Replacement then you do not have to pay a damage deposit. Dogs and cats are allowed but you would need to pay a pet deposit.
This apartment has washer and dryer hookups as well. The dryer must be a gas dryer.
