We are seeking a new roommate for our 4-bedroom row home in Fishtown. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Berks subway stop. There is also plenty of free parking on our street. The house was built less than 2 years ago, at which time brand new appliances were purchased. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 are occupied), 2 bathrooms, wood floors, a finished basement, a backyard, washer, drier, dishwasher, oven, gas stove and microwave. This is a smoke-free house. Move-in is conditional upon signing a one year lease, and paying security deposit, first month and last month's rent. Rent is $477 dollars per month + utilities (approximately $100 dollars, depending on usage of A/C or Heat).
