The room is furnished with a desk, dresser and double bed (including comforter, pillows and sheets) which is your option to take over for $150. The kitchen and lounge room are shared with two very approachable and nice roommates. The room in question is a shared bathroom. Rent includes utilities, high-speed internet is an extra $10 dollars a month. We're looking for an easy going and considerate roommate (sorry no pets) to move in January 1st.
