Roommates: 2 mid-twenties, female, professionals looking for an easy going, CLEAN, and responsible roommate. Location: Capitol hill located almost directly between Union Station (10 min walk) and Eastern Market (~13-15 minute walk). Also super convenient to bus lines (90, 91, 92, and D6) that'll take you downtown or to the metro. We're looking for someone to sublet the room starting July 1st (can be a little flexible), the lease ends in March 2014 with option to renew. The rent is $750 + utilities, which run about $100-$150 a month.
