I'm moving to Chicago in the beginning of September and looking for someone to take over my lease. My apartment is in the Meridian at Gallery Place. It The biggest 1 bedroom plus sunroom available in my building. I'm looking for someone to take over the sunroom. It's on the 10th floor. This apartment comes with a ton of amenities. I've lived with my current roommate for 2+years and it has been great. He's a 25 year old structural engineer who is clean and very laid back. Rent would be $950 plus utilities. The current lease runs until December 31 but you would have the option to go month-to-month after it ends or re-sign for another year. Since I will be moving out around September 10th and I'm offering to pay ALL of Septembers rent. Only payment needed for September is $200 lease change fee and $75 application fee. Parking is not included in the rent.
