Hey there! My name is Scott and I'm a student over at Emily Carr University. I'm heading back home to Michigan for the summer months and was looking to sublet my bedroom from May 1st-July 31st. The apartment is located one block from the Stadium Chinatown skytrain (Expo/Millennium Line) and there is a transfer to the Canada Line one stop away. The location is great because no matter where you are in the city, there's almost always a skytrain line within walking distance and the trains run until about 1:15am. Night buses run also until about 3am or the cab fare is about $8-$10 from the bars on Granville street. The bedroom is 8.5' x 10' with the closet space included, and has a nice view of Vancouver Harbour and North Vancouver out the window. The apartment also has a balcony which looks out to Rogers Arena, Science World, and False Creek. The apartment is shared with two of my friends who are also in their early 20s and you'll have no problem getting along with these guys. I still have my cell from from the USA so calls will probably be expensive for both of us, but if you text my phone, I can call you right back from my laptop for free.
