I am moving to San Diego and need someone to take over my lease starting June 1st! The lease currently expires in December, with an option to renew. This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a patio, eat-in kitchen, dining room, fireplace, and large living room. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and plenty of storage space. The bedroom is quite large (12X11) and has a walk in closet with plenty of storage space. Currently I have a queen size bed, a vanity, a display case, a night stand, and a large TV in the room and still have plenty of floor space. The bathroom is shared with one other female roommate. We have Fios internet and cable, gas for heat and cooking, and electric air conditioning. Utilities are split equally and are about $100 each a month. The apartment is located in a beautiful gated community. Park Place at Van Dorn offers free open parking, visitor parking, fitness center, dog park, business center, grills, and an outdoor pool. The apartment also offers a free shuttle van that runs to and from the Van Dorn Metro station (blue/yellow line) every weekday morning and evening.
