I need someone to take over my contract in La Verne - I lost my job and am moving back to Utah. My house is five minutes from the University of La Verne, ten minutes from the Claremont Colleges, ten minutes from Azusa Pacific University, and one minute from the Fruit on-ramp for the 210. I have the master bedroom and bathroom ($650 plus utilities, which run about $25 to $30 a month). The apartment is a single-story and about 1,200 square feet. It's probably the nicest apartment I've ever lived in and I've been on my own for nine years. I live with two girls (24 and 23) and they both work. The complex has laundromats and heated pools. It's super quiet, very clean, and the managers are incredibly nice and prompt when/if there is a problem. My lease expires at the end of September, but both roommates are planning on staying on and extending the lease is incredibly easy. This listing is for females only and we only need one roommate - no doubling up! - and is for one room and bathroom in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.
