Bike rack & laundry available in the basement. 5 min walk to to Metro (Cleveland Park - red line), grocery & liquor stores, gym, a variety of entertainment options (bars, restaurants, movie theater). And easy access - 10 min walk max - to both the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park! The rent is $1625/mth (includes heat). Please note the rent will increase in Dec. 2014 by approx. 2%. Other utilities: gas & electric have been on average $50/mth.
