I have lived here for almost 4 years, and have had no issues whatsoever. It's super convenient for attending classes, has private gate-protected parking, and is located within walking distance to just about everything you'll need (Fresh & Easy, lots of restaurants, bus stop, train station, tram stop, etc.). There are on-site laundry facilities, and no adjacent buildings, so the apartment gets plenty of sunlight and provides an open, uncluttered view with minimal noise. The unit includes all basic amenities and appliances: Internet/cable (included in rent), air-conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc. As for furnishing, I have an IKEA futon, small table, and desk that I can either leave behind or remove, depending on your needs. The normal rent for this studio is $1410, but I'll sublet it at a flat rate of $1250/month for July, and then pro-rated for June depending on when you move in.
