My three roommates and I are looking for someone to fill an empty room that we have!
We have one bedroom available for 350/month as a flat rate. The house is large enough where we could have all the roommates and guests in the same common room without it being over-crowded.
The house itself is gorgeous, right near the water and within walking distance of downtown Port Huron. We do have two dogs, and two cats, though they are all pleasant. One of them is still a puppy, though if someone else would like to bring a pet, I have a happy home for him to go to.
I myself am 22, and the other roommates are 23, 19, and 24. I am currently working with the landlord to manage the property, and will be able to solve all issues/answer any question that you may have now or in the future.
