Looking for a clean responsible person or couple to take over the lease for our sunny 1 bedroom apartment December - May (feel free to continue the lease after this period). The apartment is sunny, clean and very spacious for one or two people (in our case a dog too). They are dog friendly! The apartment includes: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Front Room Living Room Kitchen with new stove, good fridge and plenty of cabinet and counter space One big closet in the hall (coats, shoes, storage, etc.) One big Closet in the bedroom with storage cabinets on top (much storage space, wow) Clean Bathroom Hardwood Floors High Ceilings Back Porch Pretty Courtyard Entrance Laundry room on premises We really enjoyed being so close to everything. Whole Foods is literally next door Walgreens and 7/11 -- 3 min walk Walmart Express -- 4 min walk Jewel -- 6 min walk Treasure Island -- 8 min walk. The RED LINE (Addison stop) -- 4 min walk and it runs 24 hours. Lake Shore Drive Trail and an awesome dog beach are just a short 7 min walk. There are a myriad of different bars and restaurants around and the social scene was definitely popping-- whether the bars on Halsted in Boystown are your scene or the bars on Clark in Wrigley are more your speed there was always something to do within a few blocks walking distance. Music Venues (Smartbar, Metro, The Vic and more) are just a short walking distance too.
