The master bedroom in our home is available as of August 1st. Rent is $800/month plus utilities (heat, electricity, wifi). The house is quite big, with 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 full bathrooms, backyard, frontyard, a large kitchen, a living room (plus a weird in-between space on the second floor that is kinda like a sitting room). The master bedroom is the second room in a railroad, which means you will walk through a bedroom to get to your bedroom. However, our housemate who occupies the other bedroom is literally NEVER home. And when he is around, he is the best roommate we could ask for! Your room is massive, 16ft by 13.5ft, 3 windows, hardwood floors and a closet. The neighborhood is great and really close to the R train and about a 7 minute walk to the F and G trains. A little bit about us: mid-20's, two girls, one boy. We all work (some full-time, some all-the-time). We spend time together at the house but we each have a lot of private space and like to take advantage of this NYC rarity. About you: You have a steady income and pay rent and bills on time without any fuss. You are CLEAN and considerate.
