First Floor:
- Beautiful and welcoming entry way with floor to ceiling views of river as soon as you walk in door and lower deck shade garden and hot tub greet you to the right!
- Hallway leads to large Master bedroom 15 x 13 ft that has portrait gas fireplace, very large closet 12 ft x 4 ft, & Double French doors opening to hot tub and open river views.
- Hot tub (6 person) on bottom deck w/ privacy screens facing river. (We have seen sea lions surface in front of hot tub deck during salmon season)!
- Second bedroom is large 13 x 12 ft with its own entrance and exit with screen door, electric fireplace, large walk in closet. This bedroom and has its own AC unit (we have never used it, but out guests have).
- Third bedroom is 9 x 11 with walk in closet with views of the backside of the river--gets amazing light during the day and in the Spring and Summer there is SO MUCH wildlife to see! Herons, goslings, ducklings, beavers, fish, etc.
- Second bath has tub shower and authentic port hatch window.
- Over the second and third bedrooms is a lofted tin roof--the most peaceful way to sleep during a good rain.
Second Floor:
- This house is only one of 10 on the Columbia River with a reverse floor plan to maximize the views of this sought after part of the river.
- Very spacious great room with turret and wall of windows facing the Columbia River and Hayden Island--we leave all doors open upstairs all summer and it's fabulous.

Community info:
Our Floating home is moored at Columbia Way West, our community is pretty quiet, and has a very small exclusive sailor community that access part of it as well.
3 things you need to know about living on the water:
1. It is vacation every day at 5pm!
2. Peaceful living, gorgeous sunset views, and the rain is like a melody on the roof and water around you-- there is no better place (besides Hawai'i) to be in the winter!
3. A typical weekend/evening goes like this a. Rest b. Relax c. Repeat and decide whether you want to canoe, kayak, motor boat, sail or just sit by the fire or in a hammock and read and watch the yachts go by.
4. The biggest problem you will have is not wanting to ever leave.
