The room is blue and will be furnished with 2 beds, 2 desk, and 2 dressers. It is 220 sqft and has a small walk-in closet. There is a black couch and a big square table/chairs in the living area to share. The suite has laundry machine and a dryer. There is also and extra storage area inside to share. I have lived here for 2 years. This is a great location. It is right beside Douglas Park. The park has 2 huge fields, a jogging path, workout station, basketball courts, and a recreation center. Cambie village is 2 blocks away. King Edward Skytrain station is only a 6 min walk. Very close to safeway, save on foods, canadian tire, starbucks. Basically everything you need is very close. And it only takes 15 min to get from my door to downtown. Buses to UBC and BCIT are close by. There is a parking garage with 1 available stall if you have a car. Parking is an additional $50/month. I am a engineering student at bcit and work part time. I am a clean and respectful person. Im pretty easy going and usually goofing around. No parties though. I am a 27 y/o male.
