Pine Tree is also a mini market that has its own sushi bar. Or if you need just a regular grocery store, there is a Key Food around the corner from the apartment. Yoga: Urban Asanas and Brooklyn Yoga Collective in the neighborhood. Nostrand Ave pub is around the corner from the apartment and their happy hour is pretty amazing. Catfish is a restaurant/ bar a few blocks from the apartment. It is one of the best places in Brooklyn to get a bloody Mary. The neighborhood has so much to offer that I cannot type it all out. You must come see the place and explore for yourself :) I forgot to mention that Prospect Park is a 20 minute walk from the apartment.
