1 year lease with the first month's rent and security deposit due at signing. Garbage removal is included with the rent. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Pets would require an additional deposit equal to the rent, as well as add a $25 monthly pet fee (flat fee, not per pet). We require a minimum credit score of 650 and a monthly income (all residents combined) equal to 3 times the monthly rent charge. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a $20 credit and background check. We would need an application from everyone over 18 years of age. Residents of Meron Properties are required to have renter’s insurance which includes liability insurance in the amount of $500,000.
