I will not be able to process your application without the following: -Anyone 18 and older will need to fill out a separate application -Each applicant will need to turn in the last 2 months of income verification with a current Drivers License or ID Once your application has been processed and accepted, I can schedule a time and day that works best for you to show you the home. If the home IS available at the time that you submit your application, and you have been approved, the owner will expect the lease to be signed and rent to start immediately. If the home is NOT available at the time that you submit your application, but your application has been approved, the owner will expect you to pay the deposit to hold the home until your move in date.
