You only get ONE parking space. We are cat friendly. (1 cat requires a $200 non refundable pet fee plus $10/month pet rent - 2 cats requires a $300 non refundable pet fee plus $15/month pet rent) Includes all utilities & WIFI (ask for details). **Finishes and wall color may vary per unit.** Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
