This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 2nd level apartment in Wheaton. Located across the street from the train station and minutes from restaurants, shopping and parks. You only get ONE parking space. We are cat friendly. (1 cat requires a $200 non refundable pet fee plus $10/month pet rent - 2 cats requires a $300 non refundable pet fee plus $15/month pet rent) The laundromat is located next door. **Finishes and wall color may vary per unit.** We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
