Enough about location and amenities, what about the apartment? Enter through the front door and find yourself in the open living room. Straight ahead is a breakfast nook that leads into the kitchen & off the living room is the bedroom with a walk in closet! Outside the bedroom is a hall closet, a smaller closet where the water heater lives, and a bathroom complete with a tiled shower and storage under the sink as well as behind the mirrored vanity.
Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet.
Electric, internet and is responsibility of tenant. Garbage, gas, sewage and water are covered by us.
