Rent is only $725 each month for a 12 month lease if you apply, are approved, pay the security deposit, and sign the lease within 48 hours of approval, with a lease start date on or before December 31, 2025. A 6-month lease may be considered for a higher monthly rate.
The security deposit is generally $725.00, but may increase to $1,450.00
PROPERTY INFORMATION & FEATURES:
This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex features LVP flooring, a spacious living area, and large windows that bring in great natural light. The kitchen includes all pictured appliances and washer/dryer hookups. A washer and dryer set may be available for an additional monthly fee. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Deans Bridge Road, just over a mile from Bobby Jones Expressway (I-520) and Peach Orchard Road, approximately 10 minutes to Fort Eisenhower Gate #1, and 15 minutes to the downtown medical district. Shopping, dining, and major thoroughfares are all nearby. Rent includes average usage of water and sewer, trash that fits in the provided bin with the lid closed, and routine landscaping. Tenants will be responsible for electricity via Georgia Power and Gas via whichever service provider that they prefer.
PET POLICY:
• Up to 2 pets/animals maximum (accepted on a case-by-case basis).
• Pet Fee: $300 upfront, nonrefundable, per pet.
• Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet (nonrefundable).
• Responsibility: Tenants are monetarily responsible for all damages caused by pets.

• Minimum combined monthly income of $2,537.50
• Background check: Clean criminal history required
• Rental History must be verified & approved as required per our screening criteria.
• ALL applicants must be in good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent, mortgages, or fees. • No completed evictions/eviction filings in the last five (5) years.
• Work/income verification must be verified and approved as required per our screening criteria.
• No unpaid utility bills (water, gas, sewer, electric, etc.)
• NO RENTAL ASSISTANCE OF ANY FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED - THIS INCLUDES HOUSING VOUCHERS
• The application fee is a nonrefundable $85 per person.
• Each person 18 or older interested in living in the rental must fill out a separate application.
• Every occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application with separate contact information.
• ALL animals and pets are required to be listed on your original application. Breed restrictions apply to pets only, not to assistance animals in accordance with the Fair Housing guidelines.
