Conveniently located in the West Salem neighborhood, you'll be less than 10 minutes drive from downtown Salem, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks and Willamette University. These apartment homes come equipped with a full size washer, dryer as well as an AC unit. For our 2-bedroom apartments, rent starts at $1,725 for an 8 month lease, or we also offer a month-to-month option for $1,925. The non-refundable applicant screening fee is $65 per adult. However, if the rental prospect returns with their application within 24 hours of their initial visit, then the fee(s) paid will be credited against the resident's first full month's rent. A utility bill back to partially cover the ever-escalating costs for water & sewer and for garbage will be established. Residents in a one-bedroom pay $40, and in two-bedrooms pay $45; of this, $10 is for trash removal, and the remainder for water/sewer. The pet policy allows two pets per household, twenty-five pounds or less, plus an additional security deposit of $300 is required, and $20 per month pet rent.
