These apartment homes come equipped with a full size washer, dryer as well as an AC unit. We currently have multiple 1-bedroom apartment homes available. Rent starts at just $1475 for an 8 month lease, or we also offer a month-to-month option for $1625. The non-refundable applicant screening fee is $65 per adult.
